We offer free returns and exchanges for merchandise within 30 days of delivery in its original, new condition and also if the merchandise is re-saleable.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unworn and with all original tags still attached.
We recommend trying on the shoes inside to maintain their original condition. Shoe boxes are an important part of the Product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes and any extra laces.
Products purchased in the store must be returned to the store. Products purchased online must be returned through our website.

At this time, we do not offer gift return or exchange options, and cannot provide prepaid return labels for orders returned from outside of ireland. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facilities. All changes are subject to Product availability. We reserve the right to provide a refund in lieu of an exchange in all circumstances.
